Client Service Officer

Responsibilities:

Attend to client enquiries, requests and complaints promptly Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients. Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are satisfactorily addressed. Co-ordinate with other departments to attend to client needs. Maintain accurate records of client interaction and feedbacks Excellent sales records Cold calling and sending DMs Create new leads and clients

Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience  A minimum of a degree in a related field Communication and convincing skills Active listening and empathy Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
