Duties:

1. Attend project coordination meeting, prepare meeting agenda and minutes.
2. Coordinate between project managers, contractors, engineers, and architects. Facilitate communication between field teams and the office.
3. Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, records, REA, TIA, daily report, project drawings, specifications, contracts, and project submittals. Track RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and shop drawings. Ensure all documents are properly logged, updated, and distributed.
4. Review plans and specifications to support construction activities. Identify conflicts or discrepancies in drawings or documents. Support quality control and compliance with project requirements.
5. Prepare project submittals and others support documentation. Collaborate with the contractor, supplier, and third-party agencies to ensure proper submission and approval of required documentation.
6. Assist with procurement of materials and equipment.
7. Others as required.

• Swing shift may be required (e.g., in case attend a meeting of overseas projects in a different time zone) ***

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering field. Confidence to use English as a communications tool (English is a main language use in work environment) Good communication and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams. *** Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex project documentation. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents Have experience in engineering or construction for more than a year (also new graduates are welcome) Applicants with any English Testing Score will receive special consideration.
