Customer Service FWD Export Staff (Chinese Speaking) (1 Year contract and renew

• Handle export shipment operations (Sea/Air)
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, carriers and internal teams
• Prepare shipping documents and export documentation
• Arrange booking with carriers and shipping lines
• Monitor shipment status until cargo delivery
• Ensure shipment accuracy and on-time service

Qualifications: Experience in Freight Forwarding Export Operation Good communication and coordination skills Knowledge of shipping documentation Able to work under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office
