Customer Success Part time (Thai Speaker)

Salary : 160.000VNĐ/ shift/ 4 working hours Responsibilities:

• Customer consultation through chat and tailoring of course to customer need
• Coordinate class opening and scheduling
• Receive student/parent feedback and resolve wherever possible
• Perform tasks as assigned by Manager
• Assist other Schola staff as needed

Requirements:

• Be able to communicate in Thai (From Intermediate level)
• Basic in English

Working Hour :

• Monday to Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons + all day Sunday (Mon–Fri: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Sat: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM, Sun: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM) and according to the shift assignment by the leader.

Working Place : You will be working remotely at a place that is quiet, has strong and uninterrupted internet connection
