HAGIUS is pleased to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Sport Scientist (m/f/x) to join our dedicated team. With our small team, we provide a unique environment where every contribution is valued, yet our scale is sufficient to have a meaningful impact within the Wellness and Fitness industry.

Tasks

Working in and as part of a team of experts

Creating and performing physical assessments (using tools like force plates)

Assessing mental and emotional wellbeing

Analyzing assessment data and setting goals with clients

Creating training plans , schedules, recommendations based on data

Guiding clients through their journey at Hagius

Observing the progress made by clients

Gathering feedback from clients and trainers.

Fine-tune plans depending on progress and assessment data

Ensuring flow of information to the necessary team members

Optional but appreciated

Conducting personal training sessions and classes

Passion for data-driven fitness guidance

Ability to work as a team player in a team of experts

High-quality education in sports science (University Degree or comparable education)

at least one year work experience in the field of data driven training
