Payroll Specialist

Process monthly payroll accurately and within the required deadlines.

Review and validate employee attendance, overtime, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and other payroll inputs.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.

Calculate salaries, allowances, deductions, taxes, social insurance, and other payroll components.

Prepare payroll reports and reconciliation statements for management and Finance.

Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing.

Handle employee inquiries related to salaries, deductions, benefits, and payroll discrepancies.

Ensure payroll practices comply with applicable labor, tax, and social insurance regulations.

Prepare and submit required payroll-related reports and documentation to relevant authorities.

Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and personal information.

Support payroll audits and provide required documentation when needed.

Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain proper payroll documentation and filing.

Support year-end payroll activities and employee tax-related requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in payroll or a similar position.

Good knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, taxes, and social insurance regulations.

Strong Excel skills and experience with payroll/HRIS systems.

Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
