Job Summary

Lead on-site technical and engineering activities to ensure project quality, schedule adherence, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and support project management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site technical and engineering activities to ensure project success
• Develop and monitor project plans and schedules, including preparing work plans, method statements, and job safety analyses
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical and non-technical issues and document outcomes
• Attend progress meetings to communicate project status and address concerns
• Support the Project Manager by preparing monthly progress claims and reports
• Supervise and ensure that supervisors, foremen, workers, and subcontractors comply with client and regulatory requirements
• Implement and enforce Environmental, Safety, and Health practices consistently on-site
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project objectives
