logistics coordinator

*Overview* We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Tracking and Tracing Coordinator to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with tracking and tracing systems.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Track and monitor active shipments
• Communicate load status updates
• Provide shipment updates to customers and internal teams
• Identify and report delays, issues, or service concerns
• Update load status information in the system
• Maintain accurate shipment records and notes
• Support dispatch and operations as needed

*Qualifications*

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or customer service preferred
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and detail-oriented

*Hours*

• Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
• 8am-6pm

Pay: $36,011.93-$70,041.25 per year
