Business Manager (Strategy, Sales & Transformation)

As a Business Development and Transformation Specialist covering ANZ, EU, Asia including Singapore, Vietnam and the Philippines. you'll help organisations reimagine their customer experiences using solutions, generating new business opportunities for the team across locations. Responsibilities: Lead proposals and support negotiations Drive identification and qualification of high-value opportunities into the sales pipeline; own first-line relationship development with prospective high-value accounts globally understand the prospect's business, goals, and challenges before recommending a solution Manage territory creation plans, research key accounts, identify decision-makers, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity Route prospects and existing customers to the right colleagues; nurture and educate under informed customers on relevant solution areas Setup, attend, and run qualification meetings with customers alongside AEs and Solution Consultants Maintain CRM, Outreach, and other tools to capture history and ensure smooth AE hand-off Led project management, vendor evaluation and Maintain technical fluency across product areas Skills & Qualifications: 6+ years' experience as a Business and strategy manager with Consulting experience Track record of business development and success in enterprise software/Consulting/Transformation

Proven strategy outbound sales skills; strong relationship-building across organisational levels Experienced across the full Business management and BDR process Track record hitting inside sales goals with accurate CRM data management Positive, curious, and engaging across phone, social media, and email Experienced developing strategies and plans across multi-year horizons, drawing on research, scenario planning and P&L modelling Experience managing global markets including AU, NZ, APAC. Comfortable with AI tools
