Full Time English Tuition Private Tutor (Pri, Sec)
We’re seeking a passionate and committed English teacher tolead lessons for both primary and secondary students . The ideal candidate is confident teaching across levels, able to scaffold learning effectively, and skilled at motivating students of varying abilities.
Only Singaporeans/PR. Commitment: Full Time, to be able to commit at least 2 years. Salary: From $4300 Location: Woodlands and Yishun area Working day/time: Wed-Fri 2-10pm. Sat 9am-5.30pm. Sun 9am-1pm.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with MOE syllabus
- Mark and review student work with actionable feedback
- Prepare students for major exams (PSLE, O-Level English)
- Communicate professionally with parents on student progress
- Contribute to curriculum development and resource creation
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and supportive classroom environment
Requirements:
- Prior teaching or tutoring experience with primary and/or secondary students
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Familiarity with MOE syllabus and exam formats
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners
- Able to work evenings and weekends (based on class schedule)
