Hotel Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel. Supervise and coordinate all departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and promptly resolve customer complaints. Manage staff performance, scheduling, and operational efficiency. Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, and profitability. Ensure compliance with hospitality, safety, and company standards. Develop strategies to increase occupancy, customer retention, and revenue. Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role. Strong leadership, customer service, and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Good understanding of hotel operations, hospitality standards, and business management. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
