Undergoes structured training to develop the skills required to manage and oversee adventure, tourism, and hospitality operations. Ensures proper management of daily business activities, guest services, staff performance, safety, service standards, and overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong leadership, communication, and management skills Organized, proactive, and results-oriented Good problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge or interest in adventure, tourism, and hospitality operations Willing to work on-site, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
