Plans, coordinates, and supervises construction and engineering projects, ensuring that work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule. Conducts site inspections, monitors project progress, and coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements: Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) With experience in construction or project management Knowledgeable in construction plans, specifications, and site supervision Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Good communication and organizational skills Willing to conduct site visits and work on-site Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
