Job Description: -Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver a world-class luxury shopping experience. Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded. -Manage daily store operations including inventory control, staffing, scheduling, and compliance with company policies. -Represent the brand at events, product launches, and within the community. Collaborate with regional management on marketing initiatives and business planning. -Maintain and enforce the brand’s standards in merchandising, visual presentation, and customer service Position Title: Store Manager - Men’s Wear Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 20K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Qualifications: -Male, Open to 38 yrs old and below -Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail, with a strong focus on Luxury Men's Wear / Men's Fashion is required -Excellent grooming and professional presentation suitable for a luxury fashion environment -Expert-level clienteling skills with proven experience managing VIP / high-net-worth clients
