Job Description:

• Manage move-in/out processes and provide timely door-to-door delivery of parcels and groceries.
• Maintain pristine common areas through regular inspections and prompt reporting of maintenance or waste issues.
• Act as a brand ambassador by providing proactive, discreet assistance and personalized resident care.
• Ensure seamless shift transitions through detailed logging and close collaboration with valet and security teams.

Qualifications:

• Males, 35 years old and below
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury/5-star hotel or high-end residential environment; candidates with relevant home-country experience will also be considered.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; physically fit, well-groomed, proactive, and a strong team player.
