Head of Finance

Position Title: Head of Finance Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 20,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

About the Client: A leading UAE-based FMCG distributor representing renowned international brands across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, E-commerce, and HORECA channels, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and efficient supply chain solutions.

Job Description: ? Manage the complete finance function, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, banking, cash flow, and financial reporting. ? Oversee VAT, tax compliance, audits, month-end/year-end closing, and statutory requirements. ? Monitor financial controls, reconciliations, budgets, and overall financial performance. ? Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, banks, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders on finance-related matters. Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related field; Master’s degree is a plus. ? Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in FMCG distribution or an FMCG principal company, preferably within the food sector. ? Must have strong UAE finance experience with end-to-end knowledge of AP, AR, banking, VAT, audits, and financial controls ? Ability to independently manage the overall finance function and handle day-to-day financial operations.
