Head of Finance- Emiratization

Job Description: -Lead the Finance Section by overseeing financial planning, budgeting, strategic initiatives, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Government financial regulations and organizational objectives. -Manage the preparation of annual budgets, final accounts, financial statements, payroll budgets, and monthly financial reconciliations while ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. -Supervise accounting operations, internal controls, audits, financial risk analysis, cost optimization initiatives, and ensure the integrity of financial systems and procedures. -Lead and develop the finance team, monitor performance, improve financial processes, and coordinate with the Dubai Department of Finance and other stakeholders to support effective financial governance Position Title: Head of Finance- Emiratization Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: up to 35,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client: A Dubai - based government entity

Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree or higher. -Must be an Emirati national with Family Book in DUBAI ONLY -Previous work experience within a Dubai Government or Semi-Government entity is required.
