Job Description: -Lead day-to-day restaurant floor operations, ensuring smooth service and consistently high guest satisfaction. -Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate the team while maintaining premium service and presentation standards. --Manage reservations, table allocation, VIP guests, complaints, and special requests while coordinating closely with kitchen and restaurant management. -Monitor service quality, SOP compliance, upselling, team performance, and operational efficiency to achieve revenue and guest-experience targets. Qualifications: -Open to European nationals aged 45 years and below, with at least 5 years of restaurant/F&B experience, including supervisory or management experience in premium, upscale, or fine-dining establishments. -Proven experience leading and managing FOH teams, including waiters, hosts/hostesses, runners, and other service staff. -Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards, reservations, POS operations, guest recovery, and upselling techniques. -Excellent English communication skills with a confident, guest-focused approach and a pleasing personality.
