Community Executive

About the Client: A market leading real estate agency in Dubai

Job Description:

• Customer Facing role throughout the day addressing resident concerns, providing community-related information, and ensuring a positive service experience across all touchpoints.
• Assisting with onboarding and orientation of new tenants, ensuring smooth integration into the community.
• Handling all incoming and outgoing calls from residents, service provider coordination, vendors and calls on behalf of community management.
• Maintaining call logs, complaint records, meeting notes, and ensuring timely follow-ups through the CRM system.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in customer-facing roles within 5-star hotels (preferred), mixed-use properties such as co-working spaces, or commercial environments including malls.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing CRM systems (Monday.com, Shopify, Airtable), ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Clear English communication skills required, with Arabic language proficiency preferred, along with a professional appearance and strong client interaction skills.
