Job Description:
- Support and execute growth and marketing plans for assigned service categories.
- Analyse consumer insights, data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Work with Product, CRM, and Category teams to improve customer experience and conversion.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and creative activities across digital and other channels.
- 3+ years of marketing experience in GCC startups, FMCG, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.
- Strong digital-first brand-building skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent creative judgment with strong multi-campaign project management abilities.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, hands-on approach, and bias for action.
