About the Client: A leading GCC fashion group in Kuwait, known for its growing international portfolio of women’s fashion.

Job Description:

• Design and develop seasonal handbags, small leather goods, and fashion accessories collections aligned with brand direction, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, colorways, material selections, hardware concepts, and complete tech packs for sampling and production.
• Conduct trend forecasting, competitor benchmarking, and market research across global luxury, premium, and commercial fashion brands.
• Work closely with buyers, product development teams, suppliers, and factories to ensure smooth sample development, costing, and production execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, Product Design, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in handbags and accessories design within fashion retail, luxury, or commercial brands
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Microsoft Office, Strong portfolio in women’s handbags, SLGs, and accessories design.
