Senior QS/QS

Salary Package: Basic + Bonus Location: Kallang Working days: 5 days Key Responsibilities Tender & BOQ Preparation: Execute material quantity take-offs, prepare Bills of Quantities, and build comprehensive tender submission packages.

Costing & Market Benchmark: Source vendor quotes, generate cost comparison analyses, and maintain up-to-date market rate databases for material and labor pricing.

Client & Site Engagement: Conduct client-requested feasibility studies and attend mandatory site tender walk-throughs, clarification meetings, and interview presentations.

Requirements & Qualifications Education: Minimum Diploma holder (Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field)

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant QS/tendering experience in Singapore

Preferred Background: Experience with A1 main contractors or major subcontractors in Singapore
