Architectural Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design coordination and site execution for large-scale projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets, quality, and architectural deliverables.
• Review designs, shop drawings, materials, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical/architectural issues.
• Handle QM/PQP, RFI/RFA, Method Statements, DfS, and CONQUAS.
• Guide junior staff and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of architectural/design management experience in Singapore.
• A1 Main Contractor and large-scale project experience preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks/BIM, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations.
