• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PG-PAUD) (S1 PAUD) or from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) (S1 Pendidikan)
• Good proficiency in English (both spoken and written)
• Energetic and patient
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Strong problem-solving skills
