Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and attentive service to guests to enhance their dining experience
- Welcome guests and assist with seating, ordering, and inquiries promptly and courteously
- Accurately take food and beverage orders to ensure correct preparation and delivery
- Manage daily front-of-house operations to maintain smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness and service standards throughout the restaurant environment
- Address guest requests and feedback professionally to resolve issues and improve satisfaction
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and team members during service to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare tables and assist with opening and closing duties to support operational readiness
- Support supervisors and managers in executing daily restaurant tasks and initiatives
- Build positive relationships with regular and new guests to encourage repeat visits
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality service
- Experience in Chinese restaurant operations is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage guests and team members
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn new skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Availability to start immediately or on short notice is preferred

Available Positions
- Assistant Manager: S$3,600 – S$4,000 per month
- Supervisor: S$3,200 – S$3,500 per month
- Service Crew / Server: Salary commensurate with experience
