The scope of responsibilities for this job as a Senior Manager, Autonomous Operations & Service Delivery (f/m/x) include:

• you lead the Autonomous Operations & Service Delivery function across multiple European locations, with accountability for service performance, resilience, quality, and continuous improvement.
• you define and execute the tower strategy and roadmap, aligning operational priorities, investments, and transformation initiatives with business and IT objectives.
• you oversee end-to-end IT service delivery across service management, AIOps, observability, cloud and infrastructure operations, network operations, digital workplace, automation, and release governance.
• you drive the evolution from reactive support toward predictive, AI-assisted, and self-healing operations through observability, orchestration, and intelligent automation.
• you manage major operational events, executive communications, and cross-functional coordination to ensure fast resolution and clear business-impact awareness.
• you lead internal teams and external providers in a multi-supplier ecosystem, creating strong governance, accountability, and service excellence across the full IT landscape.
• you own budget oversight, vendor performance, operational risk, resilience planning, and service continuity to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

• You hold a master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology or a related field, or you bring equivalent experience.
• You have significant leadership experience in enterprise IT operations and service delivery, ideally with at least 8 years in a broad and strategic leadership scope.
• You bring strong expertise in ITIL 4 service management and multi-provider service integration.
• You have practical experience with AIOps, observability, automation, cloud operations, infrastructure, networks and digital workplace environments.
• You understand operational resilience, disaster recovery, cybersecurity interfaces, risk management and governance requirements.
• You are comfortable managing budgets, business cases, sourcing activities, vendor relationships and service performance.
• You know how to translate complex technical and operational topics into clear business impact and executive-level communication.
• You are a strategic leader who combines transformation mindset, strong decision-making and people leadership.
• You collaborate easily across technology, business, architecture, security, data and external partner ecosystems.
• You thrive in a high-impact environment where reliability, innovation and continuous improvement go hand in hand.
