*About the Role:*

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know your way around Thunder Bay, and have a voice that keeps things calm when the radios are crackling? We want YOU!

At Roach?s Taxi, we?re looking for someone to help keep the city moving ? literally. You?ll answer calls from customers, dispatch trips using our software (we use *iCabbi*), and coordinate with drivers via radio and phone. When things go sideways (like tech hiccups or storms), you?ll step in with *manual dispatch backup*.

This role is part dispatcher, part call taker, part local superhero.

*What You?ll Be Doing:*

• Answer incoming taxi booking calls with a friendly, helpful attitude
• Monitor trip flow and make sure the system is doing its job (and step in when it doesn?t)
• Communicate with drivers over radio and phone
• Provide excellent customer service ? even under pressure
• Manually dispatch trips during system downtimes
• Keep the city moving, one trip at a time

*You?re a Good Fit If You:*

• Know your way around *Thunder Bay*
• Can juggle a ringing phone, a talking radio, and a blinking screen ? all without breaking a sweat
• Are comfortable on a computer (typing, navigating apps, switching tabs, etc.)
• Have solid multitasking skills and a good memory for street names
• Are reliable, polite, and ready to be part of a 24/7 operation

*Bonus points if you?ve worked with iCabbi or in a similar dispatch role ? but it?s not required!*
