Senior Barista

We're Hiring — Senior Barista ☕ Location: RO3ST COFFEE - Gading Serpong

Job Description: We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Barista to join our team! You’ll be responsible for ensuring coffee quality, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting the team in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and manual brew beverages
• Maintain coffee quality and consistency following RO3ST’s standards
• Supervise and train junior baristas
• Manage inventory and ensure cleanliness of the bar area
• Work closely with the Head Barista and Operations team

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Barista (experience in specialty coffee is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of espresso, V60/manual brew, and coffee cupping
• Able to brew and familiar with V60 and other manual brewing methods
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work under pressure and in shifts
• Passionate about coffee and continuous learning
