As Director Digital Product, you will shape the future of Rituals' global digital experience. You will define and drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap across Rituals.com and the Rituals App, ensuring our digital ecosystem delivers exceptional customer experiences and measurable business value.

Leading a team of Product Leads, Business Analysts and Delivery professionals, you will build the next generation product organisation for Rituals. Together with also colleagues from other departments you will create digital products that connect seamlessly with our omnichannel customer journey across stores, app, web, CRM and customer service.

This leadership role within the Digital Management Team, combines strategic vision, organisational leadership and a passion for innovation. AI plays a key role in this position. You will challenge traditional ways of working and leverage AI to fundamentally improve customer understanding, product discovery, experimentation and delivery effectiveness.

Your Accountbilities

Shape the future of our digital customer experience You will define and execute the digital product vision across Rituals.com and the Rituals App, creating seamless customer journeys that support our global growth ambitions. By translating customer needs and business priorities into a clear product strategy, you will ensure our digital ecosystem continues to deliver meaningful value for customers and the business.
