Senior Staff ITS (IT security)

◆Job Summary:

• Under the group’s strategic direction, this role is responsible for planning, implementing, and operating various cybersecurity measures to strengthen security across both IT and OT environments at local sites.

-Through threat detection, incident response, and the development of security policies, the position plays a key role in protecting information assets, ensuring business continuity, and safeguarding corporate value.

◆Key Responsibilities: ・Operation and monitoring of security tools such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SIEM ・Detection, analysis, and response to security incidents (incident response) ・Execution of vulnerability assessments and promotion of remediation measures ・Evaluation of security risks and development of countermeasures in IT-OT integrated environments ・Formulation of internal security policies and procedures, along with training and awareness activities ・Support for external audits and compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls ・Security integration with enterprise systems such as ERP (SAP, Oracle), MES, and SCADA ・Analysis of security logs and preparation of reports

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, network security, or system administration (experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is an advantage). Hands-on experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, SIEM, and vulnerability management tools. Strong knowledge of network security (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent), Windows Server security, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 security. Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls) and regulatory compliance Familiarity with ERP (SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA, or IT-OT security integration is a plus. Strong analytical and incident response skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Good teamwork and communication skills. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security are an advantage.
