Producer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production from start to finish — from concept development and pre-production planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including directors, writers, editors, and crew to ensure creative vision and practical execution stay aligned.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
• Oversee creative quality control, including reviewing scripts, cuts, and final outputs, and providing constructive feedback.
• Communicate clearly and consistently with both internal teams and clients, maintaining alignment throughout the production process.
• Coordinate with external suppliers — negotiating rates, managing contracts, and following up on payments.
• Support client servicing — ensure clients are informed, engaged, and satisfied with project progress and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Producer in film, documentary, or branded storytelling.
• Foundational understanding of filmmaking and production processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — a true team player who connects creative and operational minds.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic production environments.
• Familiarity with industry-standard production tools and workflows.
• Interest or experience in writing and story development is a plus.
