COMMERCIAL SOLICITOR

£40-65K PA DOE HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Solicitor to join our clients growing legal team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial law, with particular experience in business sales and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and general corporate matters.
Experience in commercial property would be highly advantageous, particularly where transactions involve the acquisition, disposal, leasing or transfer of commercial premises.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to take responsibility for a varied caseload, build strong client relationships and play a key role within a growing practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on the sale and purchase of businesses and companies.
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements, heads of terms, confidentiality agreements and related documentation.
- Advising on commercial and business contracts and property matters where relevant, including acquisitions, disposals, leases and property aspects of business sales.
- Managing your own caseload efficiently while maintaining high standards of client service.
- Developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
