Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

Promote Rentra’s products and services to prospective tenants and landlords. Identify and recruit new tenants and landlords onto the Rentra platform. Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into active users. Explain Rentra’s services, benefits, processes, and requirements clearly. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, agents, communities, and other potential partners. Participate in field marketing, community outreach, networking, and digital marketing activities. Drive Rentra’s referral and customer acquisition programmes. Follow up with prospects and existing customers to encourage activation and retention. Represent Rentra professionally and protect the company’s reputation. Comply with Rentra’s KYC, fraud-prevention, customer-protection, and marketing policies.

Requirements:

A proactive, persuasive, target-driven individual. Good communication and relationship-building skills Capable of working independently and meeting customer acquisition targets.
