Head of Finance

Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the finance and accounting function. Prepare and present management reports, budgets, and financial forecasts. Drive financial planning, analysis, and business performance improvement. Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and oil & gas regulatory requirements. Manage financial audits and statutory reporting. Develop and monitor financial controls and risk management frameworks. Support executive management with business proposals and investment analysis. Oversee treasury, cash flow, and working capital management. Collaborate with operational teams to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field Minimum of 10 years of previous experience in a similar role
