BIM Coordinator (Mechanical)

【Responsibilities】

• Design and draft MEP layouts, section details, space management plans, and plant room details.
• Prepare detailing and coordination drawings.
• Prepare shop drawings and As-Built drawings using Revit.
• Obtain and interpret relevant information from architectural, structural, and other discipline drawings.
• Assist the Project Manager and Engineers with coordination and planning activities.
• Attend job site visits and meetings when required.

【Requirements & Preferences】

• Minimum Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Around 2–8 years of relevant experience, preferably with a Mechanical / M&E Contractor.
• Hands-on experience with Revit and Navisworks Manage.
• Experience in preparing Mechanical shop drawings and As-Built drawings.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of Mechanical / MEP construction and coordination processes.
