Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Manage day-to-day store operations and staff scheduling.
• Drive sales performance through effective leadership and commercial awareness.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and showroom presentation.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability.
• Analyse sales figures and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
• Support local promotions and initiatives to boost store performance.
• Create a positive, safe and inclusive environment for customers and colleagues.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience managing a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and improve store performance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Commercially minded with the ability to analyse sales data and trends.
• Organised, proactive and results-focused.
• Experience within home improvement or a similar sector would be advantageous.
