Export Administrator

Reed Enfield are delighted to be supporting a well-established and growing healthcare organisation in their search for an Export Administrator .

A fully office-based role, working from Monday to Friday 8.30pm to 5.30pm.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and proactive individual to join a successful international business, supporting export operations across a diverse range of global markets.

Working closely with the Management Team, you will play a key role in maintaining existing customer relationships, supporting export sales activity, and identifying opportunities to further develop the company's international presence.

The Role

• Manage and support a portfolio of established export customers, primarily international healthcare distributors.
• Provide administrative support for export sales and customer accounts.
• Assist in the development of new export opportunities, helping to strengthen brand awareness and grow international market share.
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure a seamless service experience.
• Support the Management Team with international sales projects and initiatives.
• Attend medical exhibitions and visit key export customers when required.

About You

• Previous experience within export administration, export sales support, international customer service, or a similar role.
• Experience within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices sector would be advantageous.
• Understanding of international export procedures and regulations would be beneficial.
• Commercially aware with the ability to identify business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator capable of building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
• Additional language skills would be highly desirable.
