Executive Assistant Annual Salary: Circa £50,000

Location: Redhill

Job Type: Full-time office based

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join a dynamic start-up within the Financial Services sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take on a pivotal role in supporting senior management.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive support to two senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events.
  • Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
  • Monitor, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
  • Interact with external clients and stakeholders.
  • Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
  • Experience of arranging international travel
  • High level verbal and written communications skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with scheduling tools.
