About the company

We're recruiting for a huge, well-established charity that's just launched a brand-new service helping people with mental health support needs and neurodivergent individuals find and keep meaningful employment.

Your tasks

What's the job? There are two opportunities in Brent. One supporting people with mental health support needs, and the other supporting neurodivergent jobseekers to find meaningful employment.

You'll receive full training in the IPS employment support model, managing a caseload of around 14–18 people.

It's a community-based role, working across Job Centres, NHS sites and community venues, as well as building relationships with local employers to create job opportunities.

Requirements

Are you a graduate with some experience supporting vulnerable people to achieve goals? Or perhaps you've worked in sales or recruitment and want a career where you can genuinely make a difference? This could be a brilliant opportunity.

You'll need to be organised, confident talking to people, comfortable working independently and happy working towards targets.

Full training is provided, including online learning, shadowing experienced colleagues and ongoing support from your manager.

Salary: £32,500–£36,000 depending on experience.

Other

Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm. Community-based, with no home working. Business travel during the working day is covered, excluding your normal commute.
