Technician (Island wide as we have clients in different locations)

We are a recruitment company helping our clients to hire candidates for their organization. Roles & Responsibilities Operate and maintain production equipment according to specifications

Assemble components and perform basic manual tasks (cutting, measuring, fitting, fastening)

Conduct visual checks and quality inspections of completed work

Perform routine testing using standard tools and equipment

Read and follow technical instructions or drawings

Adhere to safety guidelines and workplace housekeeping standards

Participate in structured on‑the‑job training programs

Support production processes and assist with related tasks as required

Job Requirements Technical or vocational qualification (Engineering, Manufacturing, or related) preferred

Prior experience in assembly or production work is advantageous

Familiarity with basic tools, equipment, or testing methods preferred

Self‑motivated, reliable, and detail‑oriented

Strong team player with good communication skills
