Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Compilation of quotations, comparison of quotes, review of prices, selection of competitive prices and summarizing subcontractors, furniture materials, and equipment.
• Manage and source quotations, follow-up with contractors, and analyse costs.
• Familiar with the evaluation of tender, preparation, and submission of tender & quotation.
• Carry out quantity take-off for tendering of projects.
• Ability to source supplies and sub-contractors for a quotation for tendering.
• Assist with the development of quotations on various projects.
• Assist to prepare cost plans and cost reports for the project assigned.
• Any other ad-hocs as assigned by management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
