Sales Coordinator (West / Up to $3,500) #NJN

Location: Buroh Street (Bus pickup provided at Jurong East at 7:30 am)

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8:00 am –5:00 pm

Benefits Package:

Remuneration : 13th-month pay (AWS) plus a yearly variable bonus. Salary increments are conducted in March.

Leave & Probation: 15 days of annual leave with a 3-month probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and orders, process orders and liaise with operation and logistic team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of all orders.
• Direct communication with customer for precious metal hedging orders.
• Liaise with customer order forecast and delivery schedule.
• Work closely with finance team to ensure timely payment from customers.
• Liaise with QEHS manager on compliance requirements from customers.
• Set up new or renew Due Diligence record for customers
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies, e.g. GST, import & export compliance and NEA license.
• Ensure all system data / files are timely updated and maintained properly.
• Any other assigned duties by supervisor.

Requirements

• Competent in MS Office and Outlook
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience
• Prefer basic knowledge in SAP system
