Payroll Transformation Project Manager (Contract/MEDICAL DEVICE MNC) - West #HAO

Salary: up to $13000 Duration: Contract Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri office hours Location: One North Job Description: Project Management & Governance

• Manage day-to-day execution of the APAC GlobalPay implementation.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, and actions.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
• Prepare project status reports, steering committee updates, and governance materials.
• Escalate and manage implementation risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Regional Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as the primary project contact for APAC GlobalPay stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, Shared Services, and country teams.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, decision-making sessions, and project meetings.
• Ensure alignment between global program requirements and local country needs.

Process & Operating Model Implementation

• Support implementation of GlobalPay payroll standards and operating model.
• Coordinate development and validation of process documentation and work instructions.
• Possesses country-specific statutory & compliance knowledge and incorporate them into solution design.
• Drive process harmonization and adoption across participating countries.

Technology & Integration Coordination

• Coordinate system configuration, interface activities, data requirements, and integration deliverables.
• Support data validation, testing cycles, defect management, and deployment readiness activities.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and implementation partners to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Monitor and track dependencies impacting project timelines.

Change Management & Communications

• Support execution of stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Coordinate training, knowledge transfer, and readiness activities.
• Ensure impacted teams understand upcoming process and system changes.
• Promote adoption of GlobalPay standards and ways of working.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in HR/Business/IT w min 8-10 years of relevant project management experience in a Regional HR or Payroll Shared Services or leading in HR Transformation programs.
