NPI Engineer (PCB Manufacturing, West)

Coordinate New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and support the transition of new products from development to mass production. Monitor and improve NPI yield by working closely with customers, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve technical and process issues. Evaluate and qualify new materials and manufacturing processes to meet customer requirements for product performance and reliability. Conduct failure analysis, maintain FMEA and Control Plans, and ensure timely closure of quality-related issues and customer feedback. Requirements: Diploma in Engineering or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or quality engineering . Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, quality control, FMEA, and process improvement methodologies.
