RBKS Construction Ltd. is a growing construction company delivering primarily Commercial projects throughout the Edmonton area. We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants direct involvement with company leadership. This is an opportunity to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion while working closely with the company?s Owners and contributing to continued growth.
*What You?ll Do*
- Lead projects from pre-construction to completion
- Review drawings, specifications, and project scope
- Prepare estimates, budgets, and bid submissions
- Manage labour, materials, equipment, and scheduling
- Coordinate field operations and conduct site meetings
- Communicate directly with Owners, consultants, and clients
- Monitor project costs, forecast budgets, and maintain profitability
- Support billing, documentation, and close-out processes
*What We?re Looking For*
- 5 years Project Management experience
- 10 years construction industry experience
- Strong Construction Management background
- Commercial construction experience preferred
- Rehabilitation, Retrofit, and/or Building Envelope experience is an asset
- Ability to confidently read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid driver?s license with clean abstract and reliable transportation
