Junior Site Engineer

We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our technical team and supervise field operations for the installation and configuration of IoT telematics, and vehicle-related devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily work of 3 field technicians .
• Visit customer sites and oversee installation activities.
• Configure and commission IoT, telematics, and electronic devices according to the required specifications.
• Ensure that devices are correctly installed, connected, configured, and tested.
• Troubleshoot basic installation and configuration issues.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding site activities and technical requirements.
• Prepare basic site reports and document completed installations.
• Ensure technicians follow proper installation procedures and safety requirements.
• Monitor the quality and progress of field work and ensure deadlines are met.
• Learn and apply the technical procedures and configuration methods provided through company training.

Full technical training on our products, devices, and configuration procedures will be provided.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Communications, or a related field .
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical, field engineering, IoT, automotive electronics, or similar role.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems and wiring.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a small technical team.
• Willingness to work at customer sites and travel when required.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technical products and systems
