Rebar Supervisor

Job Summary Supervise and coordinate reinforcement works and rebar installation to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards on construction sites. Responsibilities Oversee the installation of reinforcement bars (rebar) according to engineering drawings and project requirements. Inspect rebar placement and tying to ensure structural integrity and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with site engineers and construction teams to schedule and sequence reinforcement works efficiently. Monitor compliance with safety regulations during reinforcement activities to maintain a safe work environment. Identify and resolve issues related to reinforcement works promptly to avoid project delays. Maintain accurate records of reinforcement work progress and report to project management. Train and guide rebar workers to improve workmanship and productivity.
