We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Health & Safety Coach. The Opportunity Health and Safety is our number one priority. Based at our Stockton-on-Tees fabrication facility, you will play a vital role in our safety vision. You will be expected to advise, encourage, and train colleagues to maintain a safe environment within a successful, sustainable business. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one or team coaching on health, safety, and environmental (HSE) issues. Offer hands-on support for Rapid Improvement Workshops, new equipment introductions, and area relocations. Assist supervisors with risk assessments, incident investigations, and the delivery of training packages. Participate in departmental safety and continuous improvement meetings. Qualifications Proven experience raising safety-related continuous improvement cards and participating in HSE meetings. Confidence to deliver training while mentoring and coaching employees. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively manage your own workload and time. Preferred: NEBOSH or IOSH certifications.
