Sub Agent
About this Role This Sub Agent position offers an opportunity to join a major Tier 1 contractor delivering a landmark highways infrastructure project in Norfolk. You will oversee the planning, site management, technical execution, and handover of a key section of major road improvement works. Manage, supervise, and mentor site engineering teams to enable efficient daily execution.
Oversee temporary works design briefs, inspect designs, and handle technical queries (TQs).
Develop lookahead programs, track section progress, and create detailed execution plans.
Generate Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), manage material approvals, and maintain site records.
About You You are a Sub Agent or Senior Site Engineer with a strong civil engineering background and proven site supervision capabilities on major infrastructure schemes. Hold a Degree or HND in Civil Engineering alongside relevant vocational training.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of civil engineering construction methods and contract administration.
Hold essential credentials: an active CSCS Card and SMSTS certification.
Show proven capability in temporary works, lookahead programming, and subcontractor oversight.
