Site Inspector

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings. Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship on-site. Identify defects, non-compliance, or safety issues and recommend corrective actions. Prepare daily, weekly, and inspection reports for management. Ensure contractors and subcontractors adhere to project timelines and quality standards. Verify measurements and completed work before approvals or payments.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in site inspection or construction supervision. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and quality control procedures. Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Applicants residing within Ajah, Sangotedo, Abraham Adesanya, Badore, Lekki, or nearby areas will have an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 150,000.
